1. Are your products truly biodegradable or compostable?
Yes, all our products are either biodegradable, compostable, or both. We use sustainable raw materials such as sugarcane bagasse, bamboo pulp, PLA, PBAT, cornstarch and other natural fibers that break down under proper conditions within a specific time frame.

2. Do you provide product certifications and test reports?
Absolutely. We provide international certifications such as BPI, OK Compost, DIN CERTCO, FDA, LFGB, SGS, and EN13432 where applicable. Test reports are available upon request for your review or local import clearance.

3. Do you accept credit card payments?
Credit card payments are accepted for sample fees and sample shipping costs only.
Bulk orders must be paid via bank transfer (T/T) or other agreed payment methods.

4. Can I order samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes, we welcome sample orders. Standard samples are usually free; shipping costs are borne by the buyer. For custom or large samples (e.g., new mold items), a small fee may apply, which is often refundable with a bulk order.

5. How long is your lead time?

  • Sample delivery: 3–7 days

  • Mass production: 15–30 days depending on the product and order size
